I’d been to uni, got a degree and had great friends, but I was seriously unhappy about how I looked. In all honesty - I felt ashamed.
I was filling myself up with junk food each day, and relying on sugar, caffeine and everything else to pull me through my sleep deprived miserable existence.
Plus I HATED what I saw in the mirror.
“Nothing works for me, what’s the point?”
“Why can't I get results?” I thought.
Deep down, there was a simple but frustrating truth.
I KNEW what I needed to do.
I just wasn't doing it.
I got into a negative cycle. I felt sorry for myself, I doubted myself, and I refused to think any differently.
Eventually, I reached the point where 'enough was enough' - and went on a journey to creating a new version of myself.
From hiring a personal trainer to ending up in hospital, I learned ALL the ways NOT to get in shape.
But on my journey, I found what I believe is the quickest yet most enjoyable way to get in shape. And STAY in shape.
And that's got me to where I am today, doing what I love - helping other people to sort themselves out, by sharing this 'particular way'.
So no matter who you are, what you’ve done or tried, how you look or feel, it all begins and ends with you.
